We recently took on this project for some wonderful clients who wanted their Duncan Phyfe style dining room table painted in black. Really pleased with the way it turned out. This 1940's Hepworth Furniture Co. table has a sleek new look.

Industrial drafting table

Dave had a lot of fun working on this newly refinished vintage drafting table. He used a dark walnut stain with bees wax finish to give it that rustic look. Table top is 42 inches wide by 32 inches deep.  Height is adjustable from 35 to 42 inches. Manufactured by John Woods Survey Equipment, Scarborough. Fully functional and looks great!

The ' Palmerston' chair

This vintage beauty was saved from the curb on Palmerston Avenue, hence the name. And we're really happy with the way it turned out. It has been painted in a custom colour (blue/grey), distressed and waxed for protection. A rustic accent chair that's perfect for a cottage or home.

The 'Blue Jay' table

This antique table may be over 100 years old, but it has stood the test of time. It is freshly painted and distressed. The surface is treated with bees wax to protect against staining. A perfect rustic piece that adds lots of character to any room. It can work as an entry table, or sofa table.

These lovely chairs (2 available) have been painted primer red, lightly distressed, and waxed for protection. They have also been newly upholstered in the beautiful 'Avalon' print, and sprayed with Scotchgard™ to prevent staining. Perfect accent chairs, or comfy dining chairs.

'Sophisticated lady'

I've been inspired by some retro photos of my mom from back in her modeling days, and decided to incorporate them into some of our upcoming pieces. Part of the 'Je t'adore' series, this 'Sophisticated lady' is vibrant! Painted deep violet, with several coats of clear Varathane to protect it from staining. Solid wood, and lots of curvy character. The vintage table top print is designed exclusively by Olive Avenue. Hard to believe this piece originally came to us in pieces in a cardboard box!
